MBA IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT

About MBA in Healthcare Management

Given the global impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the government’s focused efforts towards enhancing and expanding the healthcare infrastructure, both medico and non-medico professionals in the healthcare sector are now being regarded as frontline warriors, and have a range of career opportunities that have arisen for non-medico professionals.

Healthcare Management includes comprehensive planning, direction & supervision of operations across various Healthcare institutions. The MBA degree will help accelerate the career progression path of a medico expert to senior leadership roles while presenting managerial opportunities to the non-medico professionals in the healthcare industry. A background in the medical field is an advantage but not a necessity.

Both medico and non-medico aspirants can find their fitment in the healthcare industry owing to the MBA Degree which helps balance skills and knowledge imparted through a strongly research-oriented curriculum.

It’s no surprise that more than 95% of students reported that the MBA degree is an “outstanding value addition” and an investment that more than pays for itself.

Impressive Income Potential – The salary potential for a person with an MBA in Healthcare Management is relatively large. According to the USA Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average medical and health services manager’s salary is $88,580, and it can reach more than $150,560.
